yes!!
it is time again for a hop around some fabulous esad stampin up demos
and check out what stampin up have on offer from the
new 2014/15 inspire create share catalogue
this new catalogue introduces photo polymer stamps to our range of wooden and clear mount sets.
i am a wood girl myself but after seeing the price and having a play i am suspecting that i may be buying more of these than i thought possible because they are so easy to use, easy to clean, durable, stick to my mounting blocks like gloves and are cool!
now if you have been coming here on a regular basis you know that my family are a bunch of nerdy geeks!
we love sci-fi, technology and anything geeky.
hence why i have chosen a timey wimey doctor who theme in preparation for the new doctor appearing on our screens in late august
-oh my-
i have goosebumps already lol
so the photo polymer stamp set i want to show you is the back to basics alphabet on page 98 of the catalogue (RRP $27.95 AUD)
this comes in capital and lower case letters and numbers.
you can stick them to your clear mount blocks to make words
but the only downfall is you only get one of each letter but it is easy to line them up
having said that i am a bit of a
free-hander kinda girl
so mine are a bit wibbly wobbly lol
i used the alphabet rotary stamp from page 191 of the catalogue.(rrp$25.95 AUD)
this stamp has been chomping on some serious steroids and has 13 wonderful spaces for letters to make words and phrases never before possible!
now this stamp is VERY cool
but it does come with a user warning of making sure
that you are stamping
on a level surface
so that you get crisp clean messages
every time.
i also wipe off any extra ink
from the spaces
between words before stamping down
here i stamped onto white card in a variety of colours
and then cut them out to stick onto the black card
here i used the stamp as a background stamp with versamark and embossing powders
here i used it straight to the card (not for the fainthearted can i just say)
as a love note for my sweetie
