 here is a boring tray

a very very VERY boring tray

made from dull boring balsa wood recycled from a old birthday toy

 

 roll a jumbo wheel over it, colour it in with some markers, add a bit of sponging to it

see...a bit more exciting huh?

birthday presents a la cow

another weekend and another birthday my kids are sooo popular lol :> anyways once again i need to make the present as i have set that challenge for myself this year... so far so good

here is the princess punch art card for the birthday girl. complete with cake and embossed background oh and some glitter of course!

her present was made from an old spaghetti can, misc ribbon, 1 sheet of patterned paper from my stash, stickers, wire and some card. with that i made a decorated tin with a wire handle, a covered notebook, decorated pen, decorated clips, decorated pencil sharpener all co-ordinated from the same sheet of paper. eeeeeeeasy! i was wondering if any of you make your own gifts and what do you make? please share your ideas with me cheers ears
