election weekend craftiness

this weekend a general election was held here in australia which has,

so far, resulted in a hung parliament. maybe the polly's will have to work together for once hahahaha whilst the grandstanding was happening i got to run away with my inklings friends to vision valley and stamp and scrapbook and generally gossip until the wee dark hours it was fantastic!! while there my friend ryn and i were challenged to do some special punch art projects to do with the election so here in julia gillard the labour leader and ex-prime minister. apparently she needs bigger ears lol and tony abbot aka mr rabbit the leader of the liberals these were a lot of fun to make and some serious giggles were had while making them!!! if you like the thought of escaping for a weekend away and being around some seriously talented ladies then you should think about joining up with stampin up it is only $289 and you will get $515 worth of goodies for just joining up! plus you will get the opportunity to come away with your fellow inklings to the beautiful vision valley contact me today for more information :> cheers ears!
