...a clock to tell the time with!!
this clock was made from a $2 shop beauty.
i removed the see-through plastic casing and the clock hands and stuck down some of the cool newsprint papers with the numbers all over it.
i spritz it with my combo of ridinghood red ink and gold smooch spray
(about 5 drops of each plus water) in a mini mister.
when it was dry i went around the edges in rhr ink and some gold
i added some chipboard numbers at the end.
i also buffed the edges of the clock with my sanding blocks and rubbed some gold and black ink over it to make it a bit more distressed and not so plastic looking.
i added some diamantes to the second hand to jazz it up a bit and stuck a rub on right in the middle on top of the clear plastic cover.
hopefully with this photo you can see the shimmery-ness (is that even a word??lol)
of the ink and smooch spritz together.
okies that's all for today-remember to leave a comment
how is your christmas present making going?
cheers ears

That is the PERFECT paper for a clock - and wouldn't you believe it, I have a clock sitting right here waiting to be altered.... thanks so much for both the inspiration and the kick up the bum
