scrapbooking

i recently did this scrapbook page for a design team call

scrapbooking is not my strong point so i tried to do a page that was me

-bold, colourful and a bit quirky

oh and using a variety of stampin up products to showcase them off.

 i used the presto papers with a sponge and a variety of red inks.

i added some ribbon, some hodge podge, brads, die cut scallop circle and an owl!

here's a close up of the owl and some different brads i used. 

the 2 is part of a build-a-brad-man i love those things!

i added some brads, matching ribbon, and some tags.

for a bit of interest i also added scallop edges to some photos

the photos were taken at plimmerton beach just 20 mins north of wellington. 

the part we were in had loads of rocks to clamber over in the vain search for little mud crabs and petite sea shells. it was a nice end to a busy day visiting te papa and catching up with good friends.
