the challenge over at just add ink this week is mateship
in honour of our brave anzac boys
now for some reason birds came to mind.
i love the way you watch a pair of birds do things together.
i have 2 myna birds who regularly visit our verandah and they have a great tag team effort going trying to distract us all long enough to snaffle some crumbs
so here is my take on the challenge using one of my favourite quotes of all time
this is the nature walk set coloured in with watercolours and then i squeezed crystal effects over the birds and eggs. i freestyled the quote seeing my printer is playing up (stupid technology!) and then got a bit carried away lol.
then with my mates/bird theme in mind i also did a peter and paul panel for my youngest girl's room

Nice use of the Nature walk set and the use of Crystal effects makes those eggs really jump out. So glad you could play along with this weeks challenge at JAI.
I havent heard that saying for years!! (probably since my own kids were little)
Love your use of the birds and I love watching mynahs too.
