yes normally i blog about cards and stuff
but this time i thought i would show off my youngest daughter's first birthday cake i made
i actually got the idea for the image from a card
and transferred it from card to icing!
this is the inside-eek!
the big kids decided that katie needed rainbow cake
so i got out the food colouring and swished it all around.
to get this effect all you do is divide your cake batter into 3 and add the colouring to each one and then bung them all ino the cake tin-eeeasy!

the candle had to go there because that is where my 2 year old decided to stick her finger into the cake

so i had to hide her cake making skills!
